This policy explains what Golden House Market collects when you use our app or website, why we need it, and what control you have. It describes what the software actually does — it is not a generic template.

ဤ မူဝါဒသည် Golden House Market app နှင့် website ကို အသုံးပြုသည့်အခါ မည်သည့်အချက်အလက်များ စုဆောင်းသည်၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့်၊ သင့်တွင် မည်သည့်အခွင့်အရေး ရှိသည်ကို ရှင်းပြထားပါသည်။

1. What we collect

• Google account — your name, email address and profile photo, received when you sign in with Google. We never see your Google password.
• Delivery details — recipient name, postal code, prefecture, city, street address and phone number.
• Orders — items, quantities, prices, fees, payment method, chosen delivery date and time slot, and any note you add.
• Payment proof — the transfer receipt image you upload, if you pay by bank transfer or PayPay.
• Messages — what you write to the shop in the in-app chat.
• Loyalty points — your balance and the history of points earned and spent.
• Notification token — only if you allow notifications, so we can tell you when your order status changes.
• Your cart — kept on your own device, not on our servers.

2. What we do not do

• We do not use advertising or analytics/tracking software. There is none in the app.
• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not collect your location, contacts, photo library, or anything else the app does not need in order to deliver your order.

3. Why we use it

• To take, price, deliver and track your order.
• To answer you in chat and notify you about your order.
• To run the points and voucher scheme.
• To keep the accounting records the law requires us to keep.

4. Who else handles it

• Google Firebase (Google LLC) — sign-in, database, file storage, server functions and notifications.
• Resend — delivers our email. It receives your email address and the contents of that email only.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

5. Where it is stored

All account, order and file data is stored in Google Cloud's Tokyo region (asia-northeast1), in Japan.

6. How long we keep it

• Account data — until you delete your account.
• Order records — kept after account deletion, but with your name, email, address and phone removed, because Japanese law requires sellers to retain records of completed transactions.

7. Your choices

You can view and correct your saved address in the app at any time, turn notifications off in your device settings, and delete your account.

8. Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date shown at the top.
