By ordering from Golden House Market you agree to these terms.

Golden House Market တွင် မှာယူခြင်းဖြင့် အောက်ပါ စည်းကမ်းချက်များကို သဘောတူသည်ဟု မှတ်ယူပါသည်။

1. Account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep access to it — your points and order history belong to that account and cannot be moved to another one.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are shown including tax. Your order is confirmed once the shop accepts it. If an item sells out before we accept it, we will tell you and adjust or cancel the order.

The total may include a shipping fee, a cooling-box fee and a cash-on-delivery fee. These are shown before you confirm, and the current amounts are listed in the notice on the home page.

3. Payment

Cash on delivery, bank transfer or PayPay. For transfers, upload the receipt in the app so the shop can confirm it.

4. Points

Points are earned on the value of goods only, are credited after delivery, and are not earned if the order is cancelled. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

5. Vouchers

Each voucher code is issued to one person, can be used once, and cannot be transferred to anyone else. One voucher per order.

6. Delivery

We deliver within Japan. A chosen date and time slot is a request passed to the carrier, not a guarantee. Please be reachable on the phone number you gave us.

7. Cancellation and returns

Food is perishable, so we cannot accept a return simply because you changed your mind. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, through the in-app chat or by email, and we will replace it or refund it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not place fraudulent orders, abuse the chat, or attempt to interfere with the service or with other customers' accounts.

9. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the goods you ordered in sound condition. We are not liable for losses beyond that which we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here limits the rights you have under Japanese consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
